Design Thinking–guided process
Get professional support for the execution of a design thinking sprint

Design thinking is not rocket science and the method itself can be learned rather quickly. But if you have worked with design thinking before, you might know how difficult it can be to manage group dynamic processes effectively. With design thinking, people with very diverse backgrounds and expertise come together to create innovation collectively. Where there is diversity, there will be a lot of creativity and new ideas, but there will also be friction. There is a reason why agile methods always define a role that guides the process as well as coaches and supports the team–the Scrum Master in Scrum and the coach in design thinking.

With the guided design thinking process we offer you and your team this support. With our coaching support, you can utilize different services as required. We offer to accompany the entire design thinking process as well as helping you to frame your challenge, to ensure that your problem is as target-oriented as possible. Additionally, you can also commission us to conduct user interviews for you, since this is the most difficult and crucial phase in the process. We are also happy to assist you in setting the time frame for your challenge and to decide whether the "Google-Sprint" (1 week) or another variant of up to 4 weeks is appropriate for the handling of your task.

The guided design thinking process is designed to help you and our team focus entirely on your challenge, while at the same time achieving the best possible results in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, with the support of an experienced design thinking coach.

Your advantage: Upon completion of the lab, you will get access to our Slack community for all alumni, as well as to our trend research. Exchange information about all trend topics regarding digital transformation across companies and industries with peers.
