Our superordinate goal is to assist companies and organisations in finding long-term perspectives and secure Germany’s attractiveness as a business location. We do this by enabling you as executives und decision-makers to master the digital transformation.

In concrete terms, we support you in countering the duality of exponential times with new ways of thinking, new skills, and changed behaviour. This consists of helping you lead from the future, reducing complexity, and continually developing and reinventing yourself.

Identity

We see ourselves as change multipliers, learning enthusiasts, and organisational developers who think from the future. Our focus is to facilitate substantial and complex change in organisations and to enable our clients to successfully master the digital transformation themselves. Based on our own substantial experience, we combine the best of all worlds in our approach, incorporating systemic change & coaching, digitalisation & technology, organisational development & learning, as well as consulting & training.

Continuous learning and experimentation are prerequisites for us to develop content from the consumer’s perspective.

Approach

We are not classic training providers.  We offer learning laboratories in which we let you experience new technologies and concepts, provide a safe space to experiment, and incentivise co-creation and peer2peer learning.

In addition, our learning labs contain elements of mindfulness and meditation research.  We enrich our concepts with the newest methods for innovation, systemic concepts as the metatheory of change and current trends in the technological landscape. The LRN LABOrigins

After many years of experience, during which we oversaw the 80,000 employee-strong transformation of RWE and the successful IPO of innogy in autumn of 2016, we now want to share our know-how and experience with other companies.
