Das LRN LAB bei innogy Consulting

In summer 2016, the story of LRN LAB began. Back then, Andrea – founder of LRN LAB – had the idea to make companies and their employees familiar with trends and buzzwords of the digital transformation by means of workshops and trainings. Starting with this idea and a founding team of two people, LRN LAB now comprises an interdisciplinary team of 10 people which enjoys creating ideas together and moving something. The initial idea remained, but it was developed further. Now, we are offering consulting and training services to our clients from different industries which help them master the digital transformation. Our insights team keeps up to date with mega trends of the digital transformation and connects us with science.

A modern workspace close to the Spree

LRN LAB found its new home in a co-working space at Humboldthafen in Berlin. After moving two times, we now have found our ideal workspace which we flexibly use for meetings, team encounters, client appointments, workshops and trainings. Moreover, a co-working space offers the opportunity to network with other companies. And we even have an office dog :)

With our innogy and RWE background, we build on many years of corporate experience which gives us authenticity facing our clients. At the same time, we are working like a startup – fast, unconventional and creative. We offer you flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely – may it be from home or any other place which you prefer working from.

A growing interdisciplinary team

Since our founding in 2016 and the official start under the name of LRN LAB, we have grown from 2 people to a team of 10. However, this is not enough. We want to continue growing – together with you!
